Cancellation & Late Policy • Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the service total. • Appointments 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may incur a $12 late fee. • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
